shipping & returns

posting your order

Your order is made, wrapped, packed and posted by my own hands in my little studio in Leeds. I aim to post each order within 3-5 working days, but during busy periods this may be slightly longer, please be patient if I’m taking a little longer than usual!

Need something for a specific date? Drop me an email with details of when you need your items by or add a note to your order at checkout.

 

uk shipping

I post 2-3 times per week and ship your items first class. Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays, but postage times can vary. Once you receive your dispatch notification, expect items to arrive within a couple of days.

NOTE: COVID-19 in the UK has been causing some postal delays with Royal Mail. Please allow a little longer for your delivery!

 

international shipping

I post 2-3 times per week and ship international orders by standard delivery unless tracked is selected at checkout. Please allow up to 14 working days for European orders and 28 working days for orders placed outside Europe. Please note that if tracked delivery is not selected, I am not responsible for loss or delay of orders.

 

parcel hasn’t arrived?

If its been 14 days since your order was placed and it hasn’t turned up, email me with your order number and I will contact Royal Mail to try and figure out what has gone wrong!

 

returns?

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase you can return your item in its original condition within 28 days of receipt.  To arrange, please email me with your full name, whether you need an exchange or refund. The item must be packaged to ensure the item(s) is returned in its original condition. We do not cover return postage and the cost of returning the item(s) will be your responsibility. The item will be your responsibility until the item is safely returned.

I wrap and pack each item with care to ensure safe delivery, but please get in touch if something you ordered has arrived damaged or faulty with a photo of the issue so that I can resolve it for you.

Please allow 5 working days for us to process your refund upon receipt of the goods. Once we have processed your refund you will be notified by email. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item. If you wish to exchange a product, you will be charged for the postage and packaging of the new item.
